Promotion Pipeline
A warehouse schema is not a product. It earns the asd_* prefix only after it fills the six-table backbone spine. Most raw schemas are stuck at the typical 2/6 shape — events + results only (2/6). Match pipelines nll/pll have seasons + standings/schedule depth but no competitors/events/competitions/results under those names — different grain, not yet promoted.
What promotes a schema to asd_*

Then: Standard tier requires
- spine_present (6/6 backbone)
- core_columns
- freshness_current
